VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Shirley Historical Society exists thanks to the dedicated
volunteers who give of their time and talents. There are a variety of
jobs that our members perform.
More volunteers are always welcome. Please look over the following
needs and let us know how you might be willing to help. Note that some
of these require long term commitment and others are on an as needed
basis.
- xeroxing and folding newsletters
- addressing envelopes
- stamping and stuffing envelopes
- sweeping museum
- dusting museum
- washing museum bathrooms and kitchen

- cleaning mustiness out of old papers

- entering information into database

- researching easy topics to answer inquiries
