The United Church of Shirley
is a Bible based Protestant community church with a congregation that welcomes believers from all Christian backgrounds.

Our Pastor is Stephen Nyakairu. He is available for consultation and visitation every Monday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday from Noon - 9 p.m.. Call the church office at 978-425-4065 if you wish to make an appointment to see him.

Our building is located at the corner of  Harvard and Lancaster Roads in Shirley Village. There is a wheelchair ramped entrance from the back parking lot.

Sunday School for all ages, pre-school through adults, starts at 9:15 a.m.
Worship services begin at 10:30 a.m.
During Worship there is child care for pre-schoolers. Coffee Hour and Fellowship follow Sunday Worship.

On the first Sunday of each month there is a luncheon fellowship and crafts workshop for all who wish to help make items for the Church's Christmas Fair.

There are several Bible study groups which meet at members' homes during the week.
Phone the church office to get specific details for these activities.
The Church Office is open Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. - noon with Executive Secretary Carl Ablett available to answer questions.

Chairman of the UCS Standing Committee is Charles Colburn.
Chairman of the Board of Deacons is Rob Mitchell.
Music Director is Meredith Marcinkewicz
Every member is called to be a minister according to their talents.
